Having trouble with the shopping cart?
Products being removed when you go to add your details page, or payment page. 
Some settings on your devices, are set with cookies disabled, and clear the catch of what has been placed into your cart. Please check this setting on the device you are shopping on, to enable cookies while shopping.
Still no luck, with having your payment or shipping details being entered?

Clicked In Store Pick up, but didn't mean to?
Please contact us with your order number, and we will process your CC over the phone for your postage, or DD. Once this has cleared- your package will be posted.

Done your measurements against the sizing chart, but still not confident?
If you are unable to try on the outfits, and just not 100% confident with your size.
We have a policy, of a 3 day turn around. We will post out your paid order, and if you get the wrong size, please let us know within 3 days or receiving the outfit for a refund or exchange. If you let the 3 days lap without any contact, you will have only an exchange or store credit offered.

Currently we are not taking on any wholesale customers.

Custom Making or Special Orders?
We do not take any custom orders, or special orders. We work very hard at producing a large ranch of garments all year round. For many years we did make special orders, but have made the choice to step away from this side of business. 
If you are looking for a certain look, we can always recommend a different business or dress making service that might suit your needs.
